FRENS OF PEPEPLEBZ is a series of PEPE paintings that were created during the making of PEPEPLEBZ in 2021. PEPEPLEBZ ended up being chosen for representing the PLEBZ x PEPE crossover as a fake rare, but all were serious contenders. Each FREN of PEPEPLEBZ has been created in the same fashion as the PLEBZ (acrylic on a page from a vintage National Geographic magazine) and the true spirit of PEPE.

Dim Zayan is a multidisciplinary artist and Bitcoin activist passionate about crypto’s ability to champion the sovereign individual and fuel a complementary expressionist renaissance. Through his work, he explores the meaning of freedom as well as the current state of the world as it transitions towards “hyperbitcoinization”. Much of Zayan’s art seeks to expose a new layer of sensibility over subjects deemed to be otherwise emotionless, such as finance or technology.

Through collective projects like the FAKE RARES or personal endeavors such as the PLEBS or DANKSET.IO, Dim has acted as a consistent player in the Bitcoin digital ecosystem. Motivated by a mission to promote and develop digital art exclusively on Bitcoin, the artist cultivates eclecticism as a philosophy and draws his inspiration from diverse eras, styles and disciplines.
