Millions of Weimar

100 years ago, at the end of August 1923, the Reichsbank put new banknotes of 20 and 50 million marks into circulation. 20 million could buy about 6 kilos of pork at the end of August. The bills are printed on one side only and have a relatively simple design. However, it is distinctive, and the notes are quite large. It makes a good composition for a large room or office wall.

10M bill is in brand new condition. 20 and 50M bills are slightly used.
