Through the use of UV-activated inks, this unique piece exhibits images of a bloated 50 euro bill, a money printer, Christine Lagarde, and warnings about CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency). The creation of the 50 euro note was a collaborative effort with a currency security design expert. Starting from scratch, an in-depth analysis enabled the meticulous isolation of intaglio and offset layers, followed by a digital reconstruction process that layered prints to craft the intricate final design. It is printed on archival-grade paper, ensuring its enduring quality.
